DATA ANALYST Join Jefferson Capital Systems LLC in a position responsible for data mining, reporting, and analyzing key performance indicators. Requirements include: Experience with SQL or SAS Understanding and experience querying relational databases Prior analytic and reporting experience Ability to assess issues, suggest possible solutions, and follow through to an effective resolution Strong communication skills and the ability to be influential through both written and verbal interactions with a variety of audiences Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to maintain productivity while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, or equivalent experience Responsibilities include: Conducting and managing studies in a test and control environment Reporting results of studies and implementing data driven tactical and strategic changes Defining system and business requirements Supporting short and long-term operational and strategic business activities Ensuring availability and accuracy of standardized reporting Developing standardized reporting used for tactical and strategic decisions Please send resume, apply in person or call 320-229-8540.
