Current Openings at Bankers Trust: Executive Assistant Seeking professional individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to BTC Capital Management/Investment Management. Responsible for supporting the CEO & President, BTC Capital Management/SVP, Investment Management & Wealth Management and, to a smaller degree, provide administrative support to Investment Management and the BTC Capital Management Team. Provide telephone support for incoming calls, including directing calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. Coordinate Agenda items for Executive and Management committees. Prepare and coordinate Board Meeting and Strategic Planning materials by deadline. Coordinate calendar of CEO & President, BTC Capital Management/SVP, Investment Management & Wealth Management and schedule all activities related to upcoming meetings and conference calls both internally and externally. Prepare, proof, and edit correspondence, documents, and other banking materials prior to mailing and/or distribution. Two to four years of post high school education preferred. Two to three years of administrative experience required. Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent PC skills; strong organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
