The Rest of it...

• 4+ years experience programming/developing in PHP, HTML, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, jquery and .ASP strongly desired as well as STRONG database development experience (MySQL, SQL, etc.)
• Expertise with MVC, CSS3, AJAX, web services, APIs, caching, sessions, and authentication
• Mobile web experience (web and application development) as well as a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• We love code igniter -- you should too or be open to it.
• Experience working with PHP based content management systems (Joomla, WordPress).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately estimate job time.
• Understands client’s needs, including budgeted time allotted, and translates that into an exceptional result.
• Demonstrates sound judgment/reasoning, decision-making, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills.
• Functions effectively in a fast-paced collaborative agency environment; prioritizes and successfully manages multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
• Defines and resolves issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop code for assigned projects that adheres to define requirements
• Design, create and manage relational databases utilizing MySQL.
• Define and manage technical requirements for new sites and solutions as well as manage ongoing maintenance activities on existing projects.
• Work with peers to help determine best programming practices used for a project. 
• Perform quality control and testing of web programming to ensure functionality.
• Troubleshoot development challenges and work with development team, project managers, creative and account teams to resolve these challenges.
• Obtain advanced knowledge of current industry technologies and research emerging technologies.
