The physician staff and technology have put us in the forefront of quality care. Chief Nursing Officer - FT West River Health Services is seeking a full time Chief Nursing Officer for the hospital. This individual will be a vital part of the Administrative team that drives the success of the organization. The selected individual will organize and administrate the Patient Care Departments including but not limited to: Med/Surg, ICU, OB, ER, RT, Swing Bed and Intensive Care. The CNO determines staffing, monitors the departmental budgets, and develops policies and procedures for staff in aspects of Direct Patient Care. This individual serves on several committees throughout the facility to ensure excellent patient care. The qualified applicant must have their RN license for the state of ND and has a minimum of three years of experience in an acute care setting. We are seeking an individual who has a BSN , with a preference Master's degree. In addition to the educational experience the organization is looking for an individual with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience and a preference of two years' experience in a supervisory role. Administrative experience would also be a preference. System Administrator - FT West River Health Services is currently seeking a full time Systems Administrator. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of network servers including; upgrades, documentation, security, system monitoring and Active Directory. Other responsibilities include backup/disaster recovery and application implementation and support. Qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
