About the Job: Duties consist of: Collect accounts by discussing the situation with the customer; obtain payment; develop a solution for both the customer and our Client. Verify status of customers account and send notification where required. Analyze delinquency situation of customer and determine appropriate action. Monitor payments and follow-up with customer to obtain payment when needed. Document all collection action by initiating actions in the customers account, filling out reports, logs and/or other records.
