General Job Duties: Assist Mediacom in maintaining our revenue stream by resolving problems and influencing customers not to leave Mediacom Communications or downgrade their services. Specific Responsibilities Resolve customer complaints and situations calmly and courteously. Troubleshoot and resolve service, pricing and technical problems for customers by asking questions. Meets retention goals set by Company/department. We are Seeking Customer Service & Retention Representatives Job ID 5258 The shift available is 12 pm - 9 pm and requires Saturday availability. The call center is closed on Sunday.
