DATA MINING SPECIALIST I Join Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC in the position of a Data Mining Specialist! The Data Mining Specialist's role is to analyze data from different perspectives and summarize into useful information. This individual is also responsible for understanding database relationships, standardizing/normalizing data, building reports, and communicating findings. Responsibilities: Utilizing SQL and/or SAS to effectively access large databases Producing and communicating reports/findings Ensuring availability and performance of reporting Supporting continuous process improvement concepts to optimize performance and value over time Performing ad-hoc statistical and data mining analyses Developing and implementing data mining solutions to fit a business problem Skills and Qualifications: Experience with SQL and/or SAS Proficient in Excel Ability to assess issues, suggest possible solutions, and follow through to an effective resolution Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to maintain productivity while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment College degree or equivalent experience Please send resume, apply in person or call 320-229-8540.
