Customer Solutions Associate

Cargill Animal Nutrition has an immediate, full time opening for a Customer Solutions Associate at our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility. The successful candidate must be a team player, customer service focused and able to learn and perform multiple tasks to support all areas of our business. The candidate will be responsible and accountable to support incoming customer orders and service calls, complete computerized order entry, utilize on line inventory management systems to determine and offer customer order/shipment and production solutions for our customers, and work to identify distribution/routing and delivery solutions while evaluating cost for load size and drop size. The successful candidate will be required to execute and administer our credit programs and collection procedures. The candidate must demonstrate general math skills and possess the desire and ability to work in an office environment, with additional team members, to communicate directly with customers and support production requirements.
