Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to help build an innovative SaaS service in the hot cloud-based wellness sector focused on helping healthcare professionals run their practice, streamline their processes, and improve the quality of care they provide to patients. You'll be coming in at the ground floor and will have a large stake in the development of the service and scaling of the business.

We're a team of proven successful entrepreneurs, recently funded and assembling a rockstar team focused on building a fantastic product and having fun doing it!

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Head of Product, Web Architect and Lead Designer to define and build an engaging and successful product

Build, scale, and maintain cloud-based services and systems

Integrate data collection and A/B testing tools & processes to drive decision making

Provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team

Qualifications:

Experience in building well-architected, scalable web applications with a focus on user experience

Experience in Ruby on Rails, unit testing, and automated integration testing a huge plus

Experience working in Agile teams (scrum, story writing, sprints, estimation)

Experience with and comfort in a fast-paced start-up working environment

Working knowledge of, or interest in, Amazon S3, EC2, and new server technologies & architectures

Leadership experience with strong track record of successful engineering efforts a big plus

Education and Experience:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

5+ years real world experience developing sophisticated web applications

For our technical staff of developers and designers, we are flexible about work location. Currently we have staff in Mill Valley, CA and Park City, UT. We love to Skype and have daily virtual stand up meetings to keep everyone engaged and energized. For our Technical Staff, you can work from home, or if we hire several individuals in the same geographic location, we can set up an office for you to join forces on a daily basis.

Salary range: 125K – 150K DOE
