ThreatSim: Lead Developer

Location: Anywhere
URL: http://www.threatsim.com

We’re a small, private, and profitable information security company that has turned one of the services we provide into a unique web-based service. ThreatSim is a SaaS offering that simulates how advanced attackers get into and then steal data from an organization. It’s not your traditional web app. We’re hackers, we think out of the box and you should too. Our application is used by companies to solve tough security problems: spear phishing and data exfiltration. Our customers range from small to large, start-ups to multi-national corporations, and government agencies. We eat, drink, and breathe security. We speak at conferences. We like good beer.

We’re looking for a candidate that is experienced with creating highly usable (UX) web applications built on the Microsoft stack:

  • .NET 4.0
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • LINQ-to-SQL
  • SQL Server
  • Javascript/AJAX

You should be comfortable working remotely and producing great results every day. We’re huge fans of Skype, join.me, and other technologies that maximize your productivity while keeping you in your pajamas (*please wear pants during video calls). If you are in the Washington DC area, great. If not don’t worry, we’re open and flexible.

To apply: If you are interested in helping evolve information security, tell us about yourself at jobs@threatsim.com
