For this critical teammate, we are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation to revolutionize the way consumers work with data to manage their lives.  The product, called TimeToss, allows users to easily collect and share relevant content, making it accessible, searchable, and presentable in disruptive new formats.

 

This is the opportunity to get in on the ground floor and become a critical part of the founding team to harness technology to help solve real problems that make people’s lives tangibly better. This role will require you to flex both engineering and product / market muscles, making an ideal match for someone that wants to grow and contribute across the life cycle of the product.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Overall technical leadership to deliver a product of unassailable quality

·      Collaborate to design, prototype, implement and iteratively improve both web and native mobile iOS products (eventually adding in Android and adaptive web)

·      Lead the architecture, web and mobile application efforts

·      Build and lead a core development team

·      Product insight and input both desired and welcome—this is not an isolated ‘cog’ role

·      Manage highly skilled third party developers

 

Requirements:

·      Web Application Architect or a hands-on Director of Engineering with solid experience

·      Experience with REST API's and integrating with multiple data sources

·      Experience with the architecture of cloud/web based applications

·      Solid experience building successful apps (experience with Ruby and Javascript expertise a bonus)

·      Consumer facing web application development

·      Experience with agile software development

·      Hands on with a strong customer mindset

·      Would be nice if you knew a thing or two about Sync technologies and algorithms

·      Successful candidates will be positive, smart, and execution oriented

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
