The Front End Developer will work alongside our Design, UX, and Account Teams on projects from ideation to execution, and ultimately be responsible for helping build and launch compelling and innovative solutions that span Web, Social, and Mobile.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Write and maintain the front end code of web applications  Implement client-side development methodologies for optimum performance and tracking 
  • Create scalable and reusable code adhering to department standards 
  • Participate in debugging code 
  • Adhere to project schedules and meet challenging deadlines 
  • Stay knowledgeable of the industry standards and trends 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in front-end web development  Expert hands-on knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience translating comps and wireframes into scalable code 
  • Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with and adherence to web standards and best practices for load time reduction and accessibility
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with source/version control software is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and animation libraries and DOM manipulation
  • Proficiency in WordPress is a plus
  • Ability to consider and judge multiple approaches to a problem 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse and creative team
