We need a senior developer who loves hands on work building web & mobile applications. We’re looking for someone with unparalleled knowledge in Ruby & Rails development technologies, or an uncanny ability to come up to speed on new technologies based on deep development background. You will work very closely with the founders and team to bring our vision to reality.

 Senior Developer

• Deep expertise in Ruby & Rails web development technologies*
• Experience in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS and general Web 2.0 techniques
• Expertise in MacOS and iOS operating systems; experience in other operating systems and mobile operating systems desired
• Experience with Heroku-based applications
• Familiarity with other scripting languages (e.g. Perl, PHP) desired
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web interfaces
• Experience working in an agile environment (knowledge of Pivotal Tracker a plus)
• Knowledge of Object Oriented design
• Understanding of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, JSON, REST, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; desire to lead & grow other employees
• Genuinely excited about technology, strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest technologies and building compelling web applications and UIs
