Director of Nursing - FT This individual will develop and maintain the nursing-service objectives, standards of nursing practice, nursing policy and procedures manuals, written job description for each level of nursing personnel; recommended number and levels of nursing personnel to be employed; and staff development. The qualified individual will participate in planning, budgeting and the development and implementation of resident care policies. This position assists with the scheduleing of education for staff, follows the guidelines for Work Force Safety, Quality Risk Management and Resident Care Plans.
