Manager of Residential Treatment

PROJECT TURNABOUT is taking applications for the position of Manager of Residential Treatment. This position entails the supervision of four clinical supervisors in the day to day provision of services within Project Turnabout's flagship 89-bed residential treatment complex in Granite Falls MN. Project Turnabout integrates a team of professionals including: LADC's, psychologists, chaplains, activity specialists and around the clock nurses. The model integrates a number of approaches (cognitive behavioral, motivational, peer dynamics etc) including the integration 12-step principles as a basis for continue support for those completing our treatment services. The successful candidate will have a blend of clinical and supervisory/management experience. Besides having the necessary knowledge and skills we are looking for someone who is team oriented, compassionate, coachable, and has the energy to commit to continuous quality improvement. Project Turnabout is a nonprofit agency with a strong community reputation for providing quality services at affordable rates. This very important position will report directly to the Executive Director/CEO and be part of the leadership team. A Master's degree in an addiction related field is preferred; but will consider someone with a Bachelor's degree with exceptionally strong experience in a similar position. All candidates must have LADC or be immediately eligible to acquire LADC certification.
