Position Summary

Citrix is seeking a talented senior-level Web/ Front End Developer to join a new development team and work on exciting new technologies.

 This position can be based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL or Santa Clara, CA office.

You’ll need to be exceptional at 2 things:

1) Develop JS front end technologies

2) Develop in JAVA or PHP back end technologies

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement solutions across the user interface, application and database.

- Align the integration between development projects and existing systems, software and hardware.

- Handle a single project by yourself - coding, debugging and testing.

- Consider and research emerging technologies to improve current applications, architectures and processes.

- Participate in design brainstorming sessions, technical design reviews, formal code reviews, bug triage, and functional walkthroughs.

- Work in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance & technical guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

- You’re the “best of the best” coding JavaScript, jQuery, web services such as REST and XML, JSON(P), HTML5.

- You can define, code and execute applications in JAVA or PHP.

- Huge plus knowing Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR 2.0 API (Adobe CQ5, CRX Platform).

- Knowledge of file system DB (nodes) and relational DB (MySQL).

- Demonstrated experience working on high-traffic experiences.

- Experience with common MVC programming frameworks.
