• Understand the benefits and tradeoffs between SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Were excited when RabbitMQ finally added active-active HA clustering.
• Want to automate anything and everything related to the production system.
• Sprint to bring servers back online when they melt down. Once everything is stable, you “sherlock” the root cause and permanently fix it.
• Believe all developers should understand how to write scalable and performant code, and you want to teach them.
• Are as comfortable writing C# as you are a Bash script.
