MetalPrices.com is a service specifically targeted to anyone responsible for tracking the raw material value of any metal product. Our primary function is to publish prompt, accurate metal prices that adds value to our customers.
We are seeking a full-time developer to help our team expand and improve the current features and offerings of our website and associated services. This position will primarily be working with our data feed processing and supporting systems and services.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5+ years relevant work experience
o Proficiency in Asp.Net, and C#
o Experience working with multi-threaded programming on production systems
o Experience working with network programming
o Proficient in creating SQL queries for MSSQL
o Excellent communication skills
o Experience communicating functional requirements across all business units.
o Experience developing technical solutions to solve business problems.
o Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Benefits included.
Prior experience working with UDP based commodity or data feeds preferred.
