About Us:
DeliRadio is a revolutionary streaming radio platform headquartered in Berkeley, CA. We’re well-funded, both our web and mobile apps are live, and our base of artists and users is growing steadily every day.
Our premise is simple: Bypass the typical restrictions of the online music streaming world by creating an unmistakably attractive, simple, and free promotional opportunity for artists, while combining this with a novel and efficient way for listeners to find new music and shows that they can go see live. Make it fun and free, keep control in the hands of the artists, and give listeners the power to find what they like. Check it out and see for yourself, this is just the beginning.
Because we’ve established a solid, internal funding base, we are able to offer competitive salaries, top-notch equipment and resources of your choosing, as well as relocation expenses and equity, depending on the candidates. In addition to meeting the technical criteria, the candidate we choose will fit in with our company culture and work ethic, be a staunch music lover, have a sense of humor, and a strong intrinsic desire to develop great software. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who recognizes the potential for DeliRadio to transform the live concert business and help define the future of digital music distribution and consumption.
We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer:
- Extensive experience with RoR & HTML/CSS
- Javascript expert (including JQuery, Neon, Mustache)
- Google Maps integration experience a plus (v3 API, MarkerClusterer)
- Good design and UX sense, and passion for making things easy AND fun.
Bonus Points if you are:
- A live music fan, and love discovering new music
- Active/familiar with the various social network sites and music services
- In touch with the current state of the music industry and the current players and strategies.
- Living in the East Bay or willing to relocate.
