Well established e-commerce manufacturing company is in need of a web programmer to add to our team.  We have multiple e-commerce websites written in PHP that have been develped with custom code in house.  We need to add onto our staff in order to expedite the process of converting all of our websites to our new custom platform and to develop new features and functionallity to our existing websites.

You should be creative, an expert at web programming, and knowledgable in the following areas:

LAMP, custom integrations with 3rd party tools (Google checkout API, UPS API, etc), SVN.  Flex programming experience is a plus but not an absolute requirement.  Willing to put in the hours to get the job done.  

The ideal candidate will be solution oriented.  Not just someone that can write good code, but someone who can understand the business objectives and will know how to write good code that will achieve these objectives.

UI understanding and experience required.  We do have a web designer as part of the team, but we need someone that can see things from a users point of view, not just a programmer.

Requirements

PHP Web Programmer – Web Developer Requirements:

• PHP
• Apache
• MySql
• Linux
• Integration with 3rd party APIs

Other Requirements:

• PHP5, MySQL5, Javascript, Jquery, HTML5, CSS required.
• Ideally you will already possess excellent GD and ImageMagick library development skills.
• In addition, experience working with and integrating with web services and third party APIs is ideal.
